A biodiversity survey of Great Rann Kachchh was carried out from August 2021 to January 2022. During this survey, Salsola oppositifolia Desf recorded as a new record for the India. It various localities Kachchh. included hilly outcrops, muddy saline, bunds on fringes rann, etc.
